Known as ambrosia or food of the gods pollen has been used for centuries as a food source and to increase energy and stamina. The Ancient Greek Olympians used pollen to improve their performance in the arena, and modern athletes have followed their example.
Bee Pollen is rich in vitamins (especially vitamins B12 and E ), has 22 amino acids, 27 minerals ( including calcium, magnesium, zinc, copper and iron ), trace elements and over 5000 enzymes and coenzymes.
